Just Add Water - AMI Healthy Kids Campaign

Water is the most abundant substance in the body, averaging 60 percent of your body weight. It is also a liquid asset for maintaining a healthy weight as it is sugar-free, caffeine-free and calorie-free. Just Add Water encourages our little ones to indulge in a minimum of 5-8 cups of water a day; and depending on sports participation, activities and weight, possibly a few more cups. Water maintains blood volume and helps lubricate joints and tissues, all necessary for a healthy functioning body. We encourage kids to swap out some of the juice for AMI.

Hydrate the Homeless

Water is at the top of life's basic necessities list and we all know the effects of drinking contaminated water. Unfortunately, it's a resource that a number of homeless people don't have. AMI supplies water through shelters, missions, churches and organizations to restore and maintain a healthy balance of fluids for as many people as we can.
